Error Monitoring

We use Sentry to monitor and diagnose technical errors. When an error occurs, Sentry may collect information about your browser, the page URL, and a replay of the actions leading to the error. This helps us fix bugs quickly.

RSVP data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), which uses industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. Access to RSVP data is restricted to authorized administrators only.

We retain RSVP information until approximately 30 days after the festival ends, after which it is deleted.

• Remembering that you've submitted an RSVP (to prevent duplicates)
