• The festival is a free, family-friendly cultural event. Admission does not require a ticket or payment.
• Submitting an RSVP helps us estimate attendance. It is not a reservation and does not guarantee entry, seating, parking, food availability, or any specific experience.
• Event dates, hours, vendors, menu items, performers, and other details may change, and the event may be postponed or cancelled due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false information through the RSVP or feedback forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its admin area, or its data
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Website (including automated scraping or spam submissions)
